Wood-Fired & Oven-Roasted, the Original Garlic Scape Salt is hand crafted in the sunny Similkameen Valley and is made from garlic scapes (flower stalk) from our farm and Canadian sourced ancient sea salt. Carefully blended in small batches then oven roasted in our wood-fired brick oven. You can enjoy the Original Garlic Scape Salt on everything from steaks to popcorn. Each pouch filled to 110g net.

This means each order totalling 9 or less pouches will NOT include a tracking number and will be mailed to you in 1, 2, or 3 envelopes. Each envelope can accommodate up to 3 pouches. Orders totalling 10 or more pouches will be shipped FREE via Canada Post Expedited Parcel service with a tracking number.
Order 1, 2, or 3, pouches expect your order to arrive in one envelope. Order 4, 5, or 6 pouches expect your order to arrive in two separate envelopes. Order 7, 8, or 9 pouches expect your order to arrive in three separate envelopes. Each pouch is secured inside each envelope together with a strip of packing tape to prevent contents from shifting and bunching. This is necessary for us to to offer free shipping in compliance with Canada Post over-sized letter mail.
